Si compone di 2 camere da letto, 1 soggiorno cucina, bagno con vasca e parcheggio auto privato.
Ampi balconi con vista sul verde del giardino che circonda la casa.
Ideale per chi ama stare tranquillo immerso nel verde, consente di muoversi in piena autonomia; i negozi sono vicini e la stazione ferroviaria dista 500 metri.
La spiaggia dista 150 metri ed il centro di Agropoli si raggiunge in pochi passi.

Die Ferienwohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern (ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und eine Wohnküche), einem Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche, einem Eingang (kann auch als Abstellraum dienen) und einem großen Balkon, auf dem man im Sommer draußen essen kann.
Erst neu gebaut, bietet die Wohnung jeden Komfort und kann autonom beheizt werden.
Das Appartement befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Hauses, das wiederum in einem privaten Park eingebettet ist, nur wenige Meter vom Meer und von der Stadtmitte entfernt.
Haustiere sind erlaubt und dürfen im Park ausgeführt werden. Der Parkplatz ist überdacht und umzäunt und dem Appartement zugeteilt.
